- 1/2 Lb Steak, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger
Tenderize the meat and add all ingredients to a bag or pan to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Heat a skillet on high coated in oil. Pan fry for a minute on each side.
- Garnish with Scallions and Fried Onions
